For Grooming clients we offer a FREE assessment and will then provide you with a personalised “Grooming Schedule” which suggests how many times per year your pet needs to be groomed. Automatic reminders are generated by our computerised record system so you never have to worry about when your pet is due for its next groom. If all suggested appointments are used, at the end of your first year, and every year thereafter, you will receive a gift from us to show how much we appreciate having you and your pets as valued clients. Regular HYDROBATH customers will receive a card with 6 squares on the back. Every time you bring your pet for a bath one square is crossed offand your SIXTH BATH IS FREE!
